AMS was started in 1994 by Duncan Burl and in 1998 Derick Truscott took over the successful reins as MD to date. The proudly South African company Air Movement Supplies has established itself as a major role player and trendsetter in the air movement industry, locally and abroad.
The multi-flow variable pitch range, high temperature smoke spill fans, roof unit range to name a few are all locally manufactured or assembled on site thus limiting strategic issues.
Today it also manufactures Fans, Silencers and Grilles for the Air Movement Industry and unit ventilators are imported from reputable manufacturers in this field.
Air Movement Supplies incorporating Hyair, AMS Fans, Q-Tech and AME relies strongly on its staff to warrant client satisfaction. The commitment of the staff can be seen in the longest service dedication of 29 years to the youngest members of 5 years.
