JISU - Centrifugal Induction Fan

  Features

• The JISU Series Centrifugal Induction fan, size 100N thrust, is designed to induce air movement in ambient temperature operation and in high temperature conditions required in fire-smoke control ventilation systems.
• Successfully tested up to 300°C for 2 hours.
• The JISU centrifugal fans are designed in a low profile, uni-directional housing.

  Construction

• Standard low-profile pre-galvanised steel with aerodynamically designed internal airflow elements.
• Backward curved centrifugal impeller.

  Motors    Impellers

• Type - external rotor, squirrel cage induction motor.
• Electricity supply - 415V/50 Hz, three-phase.
• Bearings - sealed-for-life ball.
• Speed controllable using inverter controllers to be bypassed in smoke control mode.
• Motors suitable for ambient conditions as well as high temperature conditions required for smoke-controlled applications.
• Two speed 4/8 pole Dalhander winding.

Testing

• Thrust-air performance based on tests to Bs848 Part 10, 1999 “Fans for general purpose - Performance testing of jet fans”.

• Noise data based on tests to BSB848:Part 2, 1985.
• High temperature requirements tested to EN12101-3.
